I have been appointed as the Team Manager for the school on this form and can confirm that I have read the rules and conditions of the North West Equestrian Expo in the program on the Expo website.

I understand that it is my responsibility to check the entries of each student from my school and be satisfied that each rider is capable of competing at the grade or level entered and that the mount is suitable for the events entered.

I will undertake to check the gear of riders to make sure it is safe and the correct gear for each event as described in the Expo program for each discipline.

I will confirm team entries on behalf of my school riders when this is required.
