Pentathlon results are now available via 'Draws & Results', presentation is tonight at the conclusion of the team barrel. Everyone who completed all 5 phases will receive a medal at presentations tonight. 

TUESDAY TEAM HUNT
- 7:30 course walk at the top of the main arena
- If you are looking to be put in a team you MUST be at the course walk at 7:30 and the stewards will do their best to put you in a composite team

Monday Sporting

MONDAY SPORTING 
- 9:30-3:00 
- Gates will shut at 2:30 in the marshalling yard. 
- You must present to sporting by 2:30 
- DO NOT arrive at 3pm expecting to do sporting 
- Timetable your sporting around your Warrumbungle Way - Showjumping- Dressage

Team Barrel

TEAM BARREL
For the team barrel today please bring your paper entry form in duplicate cut in half (top & bottom) to marshalling. These forms are available on the table outside the office. Please remember - no jeans, no headchecks, split reins to be taped, back numbers are compulsory & must be visible. It is a left hand course.

Sunday Night Presentations

An approximate time for Sunday night's presentation is 6:30pm. This presentation will be for: Ev65 all divisions, CT65 all divisions, CT50 all divisions, CT Encouragers & Expo Challenge & Polocrosse.

This year we are trialing the release of the overall point scores throughout the event. You can find this under the 'Competitors' tab then'Point Score'. Please note the file is not live, it will be updated throughout the event.

The 6 bar times remain the same 9:30 marshal with a 10am start. The draw is on our 'Draws & Results' page.

Polocrosse

Polocrosse riders
All riders MUST have a mouthguard or an approved face guard fixed to their helmet
Horses need to have bandages (any colour), or boots & bell boots on all 4 legs
Saddles need to have a breastplate
We will have a limited number of racquets available for use if you don’t have one
Riders MUST wear back numbers & they will be given a position number when they get there

Enter your full or partial team in the form by 5pm on Saturday in the online form under the Team 6 bar section. Commentator notes please put any information you would like the commentator to talk about, this might include breeding, how you got the horse, recent successes etc

1*, Ev95, Ev80 maps are available on our website go to Competitors>Draws and results. The Cross Country is open now for walking. The Ev65 map will also be on our website in the next 30minutes.

Please note the following:
- Friday 12:30 SJ arena 1 = 1* followed by Ev95 div 1&2, and CT95- Friday 2:00 SJ arena 1 & 2 = Ev80 all divisions
- If you have a scratching out of the eventing or combined training please email Rebecca coona.expo@gmail.com
- Saturday CT 80 SJ division 1 in arena 1 7:30 course walk, 8am start
- Saturday CT 80 SJ division 2 in arena 2, 7:30 course walk, 8am start
- Saturday All Ev65 and CT65 will SJ after their dressage in arenas and times TBA
- Sunday all CT50 & Encouragers 50 will SJ on Sunday 7:30 course walk, arenas TBA

For communication everything will go on Facebook and our website, it is up to team managers & competitors to keep up to date via these channels.

This year there is a set workout for the Gymkhana class titled 'Mount Most Suitable to Expo', all riders will need to learn this workout in case they get called in. 

General Information & Important Dates

General Information
While we are positive you will find all answers in our comprehensive program, available now on our website, we have a few important reminders for all competitors that often get overlooked:
No dogs
No electric scooters
Please bring a chain to lock up your pentathlon pushbike
Sawdust is provided in piles for you to use, any extra needs to be purchased from Pursehouse Rural 68492330
Our feed supplier is Pursehouse Rural 68492330, they will be doing deliveries & have a stall at the grounds on Thursday & Friday only, the shop will be open on Saturday morning 8:30-12 in Gardner St also.
Access to the grounds is from 7am Thursday 28 May
All electrical cords must be tagged, this will be checked
All helmets must have a Pony Club or Equestrian Australia tag, it is best to organise this prior to the event, limited tagging facilities will be available at the office
Back number holders & medical arm bands will be for sale at the office

Important dates
Last date for changes midnight Friday 22nd May, changes to be made through nominate only, emailed changes will not be accepted
Team entries for Polocrosse, team penning & team hunt are due via the forms on our website (registration page) Friday 22nd May - if you don’t submit a form you won’t be in the event!
Stabling will be placed on our website and emailed to competitors on Thursday 21st May
Back numbers will be emailed to all competitors by Monday 25th May
Event timetable will be available on our website by Monday 25th May
ODE & CT draws will be placed on our website and emailed to competitors on Tuesday 26th May

Please find rider entries listed alphabetically by school name for you to check.  click here

All schools are listed here and there is a new line for each class the rider has entered. If there are any errors riders need to log back in to nominate and make the changes themselves no later than May 22nd. If they have any problems with this they will need to contact nominate. Each change will cost them $10.
